PUMPKIN PANCAKES ARE BACK: Sunny Street Café Unveils Fall Menu

Sunny Street Café’s most popular seasonal menu item, Pumpkin Pancakes, are now available at all locations. 

“We’ve always had a bit of a cult following when it comes to Pumpkin Pancakes,” says Mike Stasko, VP of Brand Strategy for Sunny Street Café. “We’ve become known for our pancakes by doing it the right way, and the quality of this dish really makes it a WOW item.”

Using a secret made-from-scratch pumpkin spice batter, the Pumpkin Pancakes are cooked to a golden, fluffy perfection, then topped with cinnamon butter and a tres leches drizzle. “We call our pancakes ‘fancy’ for a reason,” Stasko said. “When you get that stack of pumpkin pancakes, cinnamon butter slightly melting and the tres leches across the top, you’ve got yourself a delicious breakfast that folks keep coming back for.”

Pumpkin pancakes are available as a full stack or as a popular combo, served with two eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, and a side. Also on the fall menu is a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew coffee. It’s Sunny Street’s SUNROAST cold brew coffee with sweet cream and topped with house-made pumpkin cold foam. They’re also featuring a made from scratch Pumpkin Brown Sugar Muffin. 

All four menu items are available through November at all twenty two of Sunny Street Café locations.
