Sunny Street Cafe | LAB Golf DF3 Putter Raffle

1. Sponsor
   This raffle is sponsored by Sunny Street Café.
2. Eligibility
   The Sunny Street Café – LAB Golf DF3 Putter Raffle (“Raffle”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
   The Raffle begins on May 24, 2026 and will continue until terminated by Sunny Street Café in its sole discretion. If an end date must be listed, use May 24, 2026.How to Enter
   Eligible participants may enter by submitting their name and email address through the official online entry form linked by QR code distributed at the MUFC Golf Outing or through any authorized Sunny Street Café promotional landing page.Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.
4. Prize
   One winner will receive a LAB Golf DF3 Putter.Approximate retail value depends on model/specifications at time of fulfillment. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sunny Street Café on a date determined by the Sponsor.The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time determined by Sponsor, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
6. No Purchase Necessary
   No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.
7. Email Communications
   By entering, participants agree that Sunny Street Café may contact them by email regarding this Raffle and may also add them to receive promotional franchise email communications. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
8. Privacy
   Information submitted through this form will not be sold or shared. Entry information will be used in accordance with these Official Rules and Sunny Street Café’s Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
    By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sunny Street Café and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
