Meet Mike Minniear

We are happy to announce Mike Minniear as our new Director of Operations for our restaurants. Minniear brings over twenty five years to the Sunny Street team and will apply his extensive skills and experience to assist in Sunny Street’s accelerated expansion plans.
 
“Joining an organization that believes in the simple premise of customer service made my decision to join Sunny Street Café an easy one,” said Minniear. “Couple that with tasty food in a great segment, and I’m excited about where we are heading.”
 
As Director of Operations, Minniear is in charge of overseeing six company-owned restaurants, as well as coordinating new store openings, and implementing and enhancing current systems and standards across the chain’s 11 other franchised locations.
 
“Mike brings a wealth of directly related industry experience to our concept,” said Scott Moffitt, President of Sunny Street Café. “He will play a key role in leading our operations team as we continue to expand the system nationwide.”

Minniear has 23 years of experience working with Bob Evans Farms, Inc, where he served in multiple roles including Director of Operations, overseeing 704 restaurants and managing over $1 billion in gross sales. He brings expertise in food and labor efficiencies, guest satisfaction, employee development and restaurant throughput.
