New Winter Warmers Menu
Sunny Street Cafe is proud to introduce their new Winter Warmers menu. Created with comfort food in mind, you’ll find some old favorites as well as re-imagined classics!
Homemade muffins are a new item on the winter menu. These made from scratch muffins are prepared daily in our kitchens, with unique flavor combinations like Peanut Butter Mocha, Lemon Blueberry, Brown Sugar Banana Nut and Triple Berry. They’re perfect for a grab and go breakfast or as part of a baked goods tray with a catering order.
Also new are Red Velvet Pancakes. Our famous buttermilk pancakes get transformed into chocolatey, red velvet deliciousness, topped with a homemade cream cheese glaze and whipped cream. The Country Omelette is our three egg omelette filled with sausage, hash browns, sauteed onions and peppers, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, and finally topped with our sausage gravy. Lastly for breakfast, we’re offering a Chorizo Breakfast Burrito: Spicy Chorizo with scrambled eggs, corn and black bean salsa, peppers, tomatoes, and Habanero Jack cheese, wrapped in a grilled tortilla and served with homemade salsa and sour cream.
For lunch we’re featuring Chicken and Biscuits! We bake buttermilk biscuits and top them with rosemary roasted chicken and vegetables in a rich gravy. Indeed, the ultimate comfort food! Also new to our line of homemade soups is Butternut Squash Soup, silky smooth with a hint of smokiness; possibly our best homemade soup yet! The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is a tried and true favorite, with crispy chicken tenders tossed in our buffalo sauce, with melted cheddar cheese, lettuce tomato and mayo on a warm Telera roll. Rounding out lunch is the Harvest Chop Salad, with fresh greens topped with our rosemary roasted chicken, Granny Smith apples, red onion, tomatoes, and a chopped hard boiled egg, and served with warm flatbread wedges.
